Postgraduate studies in Franchise Management include the development of business and strategic competencies and mastering the comprehensive tools necessary for franchise leaders in the construction and market expansion of enterprises.
Classes are held once or twice a month, on Fridays from 1:30 PM to 7:30 PM and on Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Franchise Business Academy: starting and developing a franchise
Course lasts for 2 days (each about 6 hours) and covers following subjects:
- Creating of development strategy
- Defining the rules for cooperation with a franchisee
- Financial aspects of the cooperation
- How to present a franchise offer?
- Recruitment of the partners
- International development

Sajam franšiza u Varšavi najveći je franšizni događaj u Središnjoj i Istočnoj Europi i jedan od najvećih sajmova franšiza u Europi. Ove se godine organizira po 20. put. Tri dana sajma, više od 200 brandova i više od 7.000 posjetitelja čine ga najboljim mjestom za vidjeti trenutnu franšiznu ponudu ovog dijela Europe.

AI Business Forum: B2B Marketing is the fifth edition of the AI Business Forum conference, this time dedicated to the use of artificial intelligence in marketing, sales, and building a competitive advantage for B2B companies.
This event is for marketing directors, team leaders, B2B marketing specialists, and those responsible for lead generation, campaigns, content, CRM, marketing automation, and sales collaboration.
